2010 Request for Applications (RFA) is now closed.   The 2011 RFA will be released in November.

Grant Application Process

Stage One: Requires the completion of a pre-proposal, which is a short application that must be completed online.  The pre-proposal is usually due on or near Decemer 15.  Only those that have been invited to submit a full-proposal may move on to Stage Two.

Stage Two: This applies only to those proposals selected to submit a full application. Notification is usually made around February 1. The information in the pre-proposal becomes part of the full proposal application and does not need to be re-entered.  Full proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM CST on or near March 1.
