Grant Application Process

The application process is conducted in two stages:

Stage One: This requires the completion of a pre-proposal.  This part of the grant process is now closed. Only those that have been asked to submit a full-proposal may move on to stage two.

Stage Two: This requires the completion of the full-proposal. The full-proposal on-line application site is now open until March 1, 2012.

1. Click on New Grants, Proposals, Pre-proposals, and Registration.

2. Log-in to your proposal using the project number and password you used for your pre-proposal application. All information that you entered for the pre-proposal will remain in your application. New sections will now need to be completed for the full-proposal.

3. View the Proposal Resources which are available through the On-Line Application website. These resources have been developed to help applicants prepare a successful proposal and include the following:

These resources provide a full explanation for every item requested in both the pre-proposal and full-proposal applications.

4. Participate in the full proposal webinar on February 13, 2012 at 2:00 PM CST.

Don't forget that the deadline for submission is Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Occasionally the on-line application site moves slowly when there is a lot of activity, so it's recommended that you submit early to avoid any potential problems!
